nnoitora is basically just the opposite of grimmjow. Grimmjow enjoys the fighting process while not caring about winning plus he hates it when his opponent is not at their top condition when fighting, he cares about the process. While Nnoitora only wants the outcome (winning) he does not care how he attains it whether it be exploiting the enemies' weakness or outright cheating, he only cares about winning.

Sums up what i like about Nnoitora and Grimmjow, they're strong in their own right.

actually, grimmjow very much cares about winning the fight, however he likes to fight on equal terms.
Nnoitora on the other hand just wants the people he doesnt like dead, which weirdly enough was grimmjow's mindset after he was defeated by ichigo. The core differences in them is that nnoitora doesnt care about fighting on equal terms, if you're half dead, hes gonna make you fully dead. On their core however, both grimmjow and nnoitora are battle hungry hollows. There's alot that could be said here, aside from everythinf I've already said lol, sorry if i talked on for too long
